TECASOL has its head office in Elgoibar (Guipúzcoa), as well as a network of technical offices and commercial agents throughout Spain. It is perfectly equipped and ready to assist all its customers. TECASOL has extensive experience developing energy projects related to sun and water.

TECASOL currently concentrates its activities in the following business areas:

·Network connection projects in distribution up to 5MW/DC

·Self-consumption projects for the industrial, agricultural and service sectors.

·Self-consumption projects for the residential market.

·Distribution of equipment for all lines of business.

·Self-consumption facilities with intelligent storage.

Who we are

TECASOL was founded in 2014 and is based in Elgoibar, Basque Country. The company is a leader of the local industry in commercial and industrial solar thermal and photovoltaic space, having the ability to partner with experienced solar installers. It makes great efforts in the realization of sales and market knowledge, in addition to having experience acting as a general contractor. The company is also positioned as a distributor of innovative products in the water and solar treatment space, allowing it to enter new markets using TECASOL as a local consultant in product certifications as well as in the market entry approach.

Recently, we have taken a strategic turn towards working with EPC developers, investors and contractors to develop larger projects that sell electricity to commercial/industrial and municipal buyers. The company plans to maximize returns through a diverse portfolio of projects in multiple leading solar energy markets.

In the past, TECASOL has developed, built and funded many C&I and residential facilities on and off the grid. Currently, TECASOL is conducting development as a service, acquisition and organization of investments and financing for project sizes, usually in the range of 500 kW – 5 MW.

Only in Japan, Univergy has a portfolio of photovoltaic projects exceeding 1 GW, actively participating in the development and implementation of various projects carried out by other companies.

We currently have business development and upcoming openings in the United States, Australia, Zambia, Zimbabwe, Togo, Botswana, Nigeria, Namibia, Paraguay, Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Dubai, and Sri Lanka.
